Crafty Kids | February Craft Series *FULL*

Join Claire from Three & Me in a unique and inspiring interactive art and craft series in February to create customized Valentine’s projects and a stunning wall clock!

6 Feb: Truckloads of love

Kids paint a truck and fill it with hearts

13 Feb: Your child’s heart drawing in 3D

Kids will submit their hand-drawn hearts on 6 Feb, which will be converted into a 3D wood shape, that they will frame for you! If time permits they can also create a bonus string of hearts

20 Feb: Wall clock part 1

Kids will start painting all the pieces of the wall clock

27 Feb: Wall clock part 2

The clock will be completed and assembled

In this fun hands-on art experience, kids will:

  • paint each 3D wood element with careful guidance in acrylic paint techniques including shading and highlighting, paint mixing, and more.
  • assembly, which promotes 3D spatial orientation, puzzling, gluing techniques, and fine motor control.

All ages from Pre-k through 5th grade welcome to attend, and Camas School District kids can get bussing straight from their elementary school to the art class at ZAC.
