Pillow covers can be machine washed and reverse-ironed. Air dry or low tumble dry.
GPS is based on your custom city coordinates. Please send your home address to customize GPS coordinates for your actual home.
Your optional handwritten message should be 20 words or less, written in black Sharpie on A4 plain white copy paper. The larger you write it, the better the scan. You can either submit the message in person or digitally, with a clear bright photo of your message, so it can be processed. Once your order has been received you will be texted a number to which you can send photos of your messages. So please include your cell phone number when you submit your order.
Minor design modifications are complimentary. Additional charges may apply for extensive custom design work.
*regarding inserts- the pillow looks best with the duck feather insert, because it has a more weighted fill, sits plump, and feels more huggable. The hypoallergenic insert is a suitable alternative if you prefer feather-free inserts.
